This Policy is incorporated by reference into and forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
1.3 Platform Business Model Overview
EverAdNet operates as a free offerwall aggregation platform with two distinct user groups:
For Publishers & App Owners:
- 100% Free to use - No subscription fees, setup fees, or hidden charges
- Get PAID for traffic - Earn money when you send traffic to EverAdNet's direct advertisers
- Access 25+ offerwall networks - Integrate multiple offerwalls through one SDK/API
- Direct payment from third-party networks - When users complete offers from integrated third-party offerwalls, those networks pay you directly (EverAdNet is not involved in those transactions)
- EverAdNet pays you - For traffic and conversions sent to EverAdNet's direct advertiser campaigns
For Advertisers:
- Custom pricing - Rates negotiated individually based on your requirements
- Pay for performance - CPA, CPI, CPL, or revenue share models
- No platform fees - Pay only for actual conversions and traffic
- Flexible payment terms - Prepaid or credit terms based on volume
1.4 Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Material modifications will be communicated to users at least thirty (30) days before implementation via email and/or prominent in-Platform notifications. Your continued use of EverAdNet after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
2. Publisher Payment Terms
2.1 No Fees - Completely Free Service
2.1.1 Publishers and app owners can use EverAdNet's platform completely free of charge.
2.1.2 There are:
- No subscription fees
- No setup fees
- No monthly charges
- No revenue sharing on third-party network earnings
- No hidden costs
- No minimum usage requirements
2.1.3 Publishers maintain all earnings from third-party offerwall networks integrated through EverAdNet.
2.2 Publisher Revenue Sources
2.2.1 Third-Party Offerwall Networks:
- EverAdNet aggregates 25+ premium offerwall networks into one integration
- When users complete offers from these third-party networks (e.g., Admob, Unity Ads, IronSource, AdColony, etc.), those networks track and pay publishers directly
- EverAdNet is not a party to these transactions
- EverAdNet does not collect or process payments between third-party networks and publishers
- Payment terms, rates, and methods are governed by each respective network's policies
- Publishers must register separately with each third-party network they wish to monetize
- EverAdNet provides the aggregation technology to display all networks through one integration
2.2.2 EverAdNet Direct Advertiser Traffic:
- Publishers earn revenue by sending traffic to campaigns from EverAdNet's direct advertisers
- EverAdNet tracks, processes, and pays these earnings directly to publishers
- Payments are based on completed conversions, validated traffic, and agreed-upon rates
- All rates are displayed transparently in the publisher dashboard
- This section of the policy governs these direct payments from EverAdNet
2.3 Publisher Payout Rates
2.3.1 Payout rates for EverAdNet direct advertiser campaigns are determined by:
- Campaign type and advertiser offer
- Geographic targeting (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 countries)
- Traffic quality and conversion rates
- Volume commitments
- Historical performance
2.3.2 Current payout rates are displayed in real-time in the publisher dashboard for each available campaign.
2.3.3 Rates may vary between campaigns and are subject to change based on advertiser demand and market conditions.
2.3.4 Rate changes for active campaigns are communicated at least 7 days in advance via email and dashboard notification.
2.4 Minimum Payout Thresholds
2.4.1 Publishers must reach the following minimum balance to request a payout:
Standard Threshold:
- $100 USD (or equivalent: ₹8,300 INR, €90 EUR, £80 GBP)
Reduced Threshold (Available after 3 successful payouts):
- $50 USD (or equivalent: ₹4,150 INR, €45 EUR, £40 GBP)
Enterprise Publishers (Volume-based qualification):
- $25 USD (or equivalent: ₹2,075 INR, €23 EUR, £20 GBP)
- Available for publishers generating $5,000+ monthly revenue
2.4.2 Minimum thresholds may be adjusted with 30 days' notice to publishers.
2.5 Payout Schedule and Processing Times
2.5.1 Payout Request: Publishers can request payouts at any time once the minimum threshold is reached via the dashboard.
2.5.2 Payment Processing Schedule:
- Payout requests are processed on NET 30 terms by default
- Payment initiated 30 days after the end of the month in which the earnings were generated
- Example: Earnings from January 1-31 can be requested for payout on February 1, and will be processed by March 2
2.5.3 Accelerated Payment (For Qualified Publishers):
- NET 15 terms available for publishers with:
- At least 6 months of history with EverAdNet
- Consistent monthly earnings of $1,000+
- Zero invalid traffic violations

- Bank Wire Transfer: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 2-3 business days

5.1.3 EverAdNet's Tax Obligations: EverAdNet is responsible for:

5.2 Tax Documentation and Reporting

6.3 Chargeback Defense Documentation

- Campaign settings and targeting

- Signed agreements and terms acceptance

6.3.2 Documentation retained for 24 months minimum and provided to financial institutions during chargeback disputes.
7. Service Credits and Compensation
7.1 Platform Downtime Compensation (Publishers)
7.1.1 If EverAdNet's tracking or platform experiences downtime exceeding our 99.9% uptime SLA:
Compensation Structure:
- 99.0-99.9% uptime: 5% of average monthly earnings as account credit
- 95.0-98.9% uptime: 15% of average monthly earnings as account credit
- Below 95.0% uptime: 25% of average monthly earnings as account credit
7.1.2 Exclusions from SLA:
- Scheduled maintenance (with 72 hours notice)
- Third-party network outages
- DDoS attacks or force majeure events
- Issues caused by publisher's integration
